3-in-1 Mobility at the Zwettl Private Brewery

The family-owned company from Lower Austria sells its beers and other beverages through its own delivery fleet. It is equipped with mobile software based on OntegoGL.

At the private brewery, OntegoGL is used not only for the delivery of full and empty goods. Mobile devices also replace inefficient paper-based processes in internal logistics and bar-service operations. Whether it’s storing own or third-party production, picking, loading control, or goods receipt for trade items — Ontego optimises the value chain effectively.

The standard interface to Orga-Soft INTEGRA is fully integrated into OntegoGL and has been in use many times. This ensures that data is transferred 1:1 and directly into the leading ERP system without detours.

At Zwettl, OntegoGL is not only used to make delivery processes mobile. The service and maintenance staff responsible for tap service in the gastronomy sector also receive their work lists for orders and customer data from the leading INTEGRA system on their mobile devices. Confirming completed orders is likewise part of the workflow.

The tap service module is based on proven Ontego applications for service technicians. It improves the quality of maintenance work, which is often difficult to integrate into the rest of the operational processes, and ensures that service orders are handled reliably.
